Privacy Policy

Our core mission has always been to keep your information under your control. We’ve always believed that your data is yours and yours alone. We only collect or keep what is absolutely necessary to provide our products or services to you. Our privacy policy is simple.

Personal Information

If you've purchased Moneydance from our web site then we have your name, email address, and the license key for the purchase. We keep this information only so that we can re-send it to you using the lost-license-key form on our web site.

If you've contacted our customer support team then we have the messages you've exchanged which include your email address and (optionally) your name.

If you've subscribed to our newsletter then we have the email address that you used to subscribe. The newsletter is explicitly opt-in so you will not have been subscribed by accident or as a side-effect of interacting with us in any other way.

We have no information about you from any purchases made via Apple's Mac or iOS App Stores, the Google Play store, Amazon, or Amazon app store.

We collect no information about you from usage of our products. When you browse our web site, we may track that for statistical purposes (like conversion rates and to test new designs) but do not collect or track individually identifiable information. We may also store any information you volunteer, like surveys, for as long as it makes sense.

Third Parties

We never share any of your information with third parties. We do use third party web services to collect payment on purchases (via BMT Micro) and to send/receive customer support messages (via Tender).

If The Infinite Kind is acquired by or merged with another company — we don’t plan on that, but if it happens — we’ll notify you well before any information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Law Enforcement

The Infinite Kind won’t hand your data over to law enforcement unless a court order says we have to. We flat-out reject requests from local and federal law enforcement when they seek data without a court order. And unless we're legally prevented from it, we’ll always inform you when such requests are made.

Changes & questions

The Infinite Kind may update this policy infrequently — we’ll notify you about significant changes by emailing the account owner or by placing a prominent notice on our site. You can access, change or delete your personal information at any time by contacting
